This is Aburruzaga’s sixth project. The first live album. It is a look back at his 20 years of a very fruitful career. The summary of their five previous works recorded in a unique concert. His trikitixa as the guiding thread, composing new arrangements and colorful instrumentations, has once again managed to bring Basque folk to the world.
The Portugalujo (a person from Portugalete) has included, in addition to his band, special guests who made the musical world of Aburruzaga even more magical: the start with Unai Iturriaga, the presence of Jose Urrejola and Xabier Zeberio, the talent of Garikoitz Mendizabal and Gorka Hermosa, the powerful voices of Tanxugueiras and Miren de Miguel. Also featured are Gorka Urmeneta on alboka, Asier Ituarte, Javier Perez, and Abraham de Román on trombone, trumpet, and saxophone, the txalaparta of Iñigo Olazabal and Argibel Euba. “The big band of my dreams.”
